By accessing or using CrimsonPDF (crimsonpdf.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

CrimsonPDF provides free, browser-based tools for students and teachers, including calculators, document converters, and generators. The service is provided “as is,” free of charge, and does not require account registration.

You agree to use CrimsonPDF only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract content or tool functionality at scale without permission
• Use any tool to process content that infringes on someone else’s rights or violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the site’s tools as your own product

For anything with academic or financial consequences — final grades, GPA on a transcript, loan terms — always confirm against your institution’s own records or official documentation.

The CrimsonPDF name, logo, design, and the code behind our tools are the property of CrimsonPDF and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build a competing product without permission. Content you create using our tools (e.g. a resume built with the Resume Builder, or a worksheet from the Worksheet Creator) belongs to you.

CrimsonPDF may link to external resources, including in Crimson Academy articles. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site linked from ours.

CrimsonPDF is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrimsonPDF and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including reliance on calculator or converter results.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
